Purchase and subscription terms

Seller and scope

CINCOUT, operating as archiPrompt, is the seller for first-party digital Prompts, agent skills, templates, and Collections offered on this marketplace. These terms apply to one-time purchases, free claims, and single-seat subscriptions.

Prices, currency, and tax

Marketplace prices are set in Canadian dollars. Stripe Checkout may present a supported local currency and calculates applicable tax based on the checkout information you provide. The final amount is shown before payment.

Digital delivery

Access is granted after Stripe confirms payment. Your buyer account provides the purchased version and authorized package download. Keep your account secure and contact us if confirmed access does not appear.

Recurring subscriptions and plan changes

AI Starter, AI Professional, and Custom Business renew monthly or yearly at the displayed CAD price until canceled. Applicable tax is added by Stripe. Annual prices reflect 40% savings against twelve monthly payments. Paid plan and cadence changes are immediate and may be prorated by Stripe; acquisitions already used in the current quota window are not reset by a change.

You may schedule cancellation for the end of the current paid period and retain access until that time, or continue before the end date. Payment failure, pause, unpaid or incomplete billing, expiration, or cancellation immediately locks subscription-only access when Stripe reports the non-qualifying state. One-time purchases and free claims are unaffected.

Private trial

Trial access is discretionary, personal, invitation-only, and limited to one trial per account, invitation, and Stripe customer. The matching email account may start a three-day Stripe trial without initially providing a payment method. The trial includes one individual product total and excludes Collections, requests, Creator Studio, and other paid-plan benefits.

If billing is not added before the trial ends, Stripe pauses the subscription and the trial licence and download access lock. The acquired trial product remains visible and restores without consuming paid quota when any paid tier becomes active. A second trial is not available.

Monthly acquisitions

An acquisition is the first addition of a product to a subscription Library. Re-downloads and access to that stable product's current version do not consume another acquisition. Starter includes 10 and Professional includes 30 individual acquisitions per monthly UTC anniversary window. Business is unlimited and includes Collections. Unused acquisitions do not roll over; annual subscriptions also refresh monthly from the original paid billing anchor.

Starter and Professional include individual Prompts, agent skills, and templates, but Collections remain available at their unchanged one-time prices. Free products use the permanent free-claim flow and consume no quota. Permanent purchases always take precedence over subscription grants.

Licence

Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants a personal commercial licence to one named user. You may use the Prompt package and its outputs in your own professional or commercial project work. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, share, or make the source package available to others. Ownership of the digital asset itself is not transferred.

A subscription acquisition instead grants that single named account a term-limited licence while a qualifying subscription is active. Previously downloaded files cannot be remotely deleted, but the right to use them pauses or ends with qualifying access and resumes only after reactivation or permanent purchase. Individual grants restore under any active paid tier; Collections and private Business deliveries require active Custom Business.

Professional and Business requests

Professional may submit one reviewed public, non-exclusive Prompt brief per rolling 168 hours. A request may be declined or merged. If a matched product is published while the requester still has Professional or Business, it may be added without using quota.

Business may submit private briefs under fair-use rate limits, with only one accepted private request in production at a time. Any AEC software may be requested, subject to feasibility review and without a guaranteed turnaround. Private work is not published without separate consent. Queued requests pause after downgrade or lapse, and private delivery remains locked until Business access returns.

Instagram PROMPT campaign

A valid Instagram campaign invitation permits the first verified account that attaches it to permanently claim one published standalone Prompt and to submit one collaborative Prompt test. Invitation links expire after 30 days. The permanent claim requires no payment method or subscription and does not expire after attachment. Collections, agent skills, and template bundles are excluded. A Prompt already owned or ordinarily offered free does not consume the campaign claim.

The collaborative test is limited to one public, non-exclusive, non-confidential Prompt brief per campaign account. We aim to provide a feasibility response or clarifying question within two business days, but do not guarantee a viable result, completed Prompt, or delivery date. A feasible result may be anonymized and published for everyone; the requester receives a permanent account grant. Declined or merged requests receive a plain-language explanation. Confidential custom work remains a Business benefit.

An optional 30-minute consultation may be booked from available Toronto-time slots. Stefan will provide the meeting link separately. The optional three-day subscription trial is a distinct, term-limited product: the campaign Prompt remains permanent, while a trial acquisition locks if qualifying subscription access is not started.

Priority and Creator Studio

Business priority access identifies the account for eligible future feature flags; it does not promise every future feature or a delivery date. Creator Studio is an early-access placeholder only. Creator roles, profiles, listing authoring, sales, revenue sharing, Stripe Connect, and payouts are not launched under these terms.

Professional review

archiPrompt assets assist professional work; they do not replace licensed judgment, code review, consultant coordination, or authority approval. You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, outputs, and their fitness for a specific project and jurisdiction.

Final sale and required exceptions

Digital-asset purchases are final sale and non-refundable once access is granted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Duplicate charges or access failures should be reported for review.

For purchase, access, or licence support, use the support form or email hello@archiprompt.ca. Include only the safe order reference shown in your Library. Never submit payment-card details, prompt contents, attachments, or confidential project files.
