Public standard

How archiPrompt products and guides are reviewed.

This standard explains what a public listing must disclose, what testing means, how AI assistance is handled, and what remains for the buyer and project team to review.

Beginner-first Learn writing

A Learn article assumes the reader may be an architect or other AEC professional using the software for the first time. It answers one exact question, teaches the shortest safe route first, defines unfamiliar terms, and moves advanced branches into separate guides without weakening the sourced SEO or AEO answer.

Defined product contract

A listing names the real project task, intended audience, required and optional inputs, accepted formats, output, package files, software, dependencies, and expected setup and run time.

Inspectable method + example

The public page explains the method at a level that lets a buyer evaluate it without exposing private source files or representing a redacted example as the purchased package.

Testing + professional boundary

Compatibility is stated only for the tools and versions actually represented by the package. Test dates, completion checks, known limitations, risk, and human-review responsibilities remain visible.

Versioned updates

Every public product has a version and changelog. Material changes are tested and published as an update; a correction does not silently rewrite the package buyers originally received.

How AI assistance is disclosed

AI may support drafting, generation, testing, comparison, media production, or revision. Owner direction and review remain part of the publishing process. The public listing identifies the creator and operator model rather than inventing independent people or credentials.

Generated examples are labelled through their context as representative outputs. They demonstrate format and method; they are not evidence that every project will produce the same design, cost, technical conclusion, or commercial result.

Guides identify their author, reviewer, publication and update dates, limitations, related products, and primary sources where a factual or technical reference materially supports the article. Related cards use their real asset type—such as Prompt system or Agent skill—and never imply untested compatibility.

Before publication

Release gate

Schema validation, package integrity, representative run, output inspection, visible limitations, pricing, creator attribution, and owner approval.

After publication

Corrections + updates

A confirmed defect is corrected through the versioned package and changelog. Buyers keep access according to the product's purchase, update, or subscription terms.

Always required

Human review

Outputs remain working material. The appropriate professional, contractor, consultant, client, or project authority must verify the result before reliance, issue, purchase, approval, or construction.
