Who operates archiPrompt

archiPrompt is operated by CINCOUT in Canada. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@archiprompt.ca.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your email address and chosen display name.
• Saved workflows, votes, purchases, entitlements, and download records needed to provide your account.
• Creator waitlist details you choose to submit, including professional background and contact information.
• Beta applications, invitations, activation dates, exact versions tested, and feedback or support details you choose to provide.
• Communication preferences and append-only consent or withdrawal evidence, including the source, wording version, and time of your choice.
• Minimized email delivery records, bounces, complaints, suppressions, and campaign-link activity for optional communications.
• Checkout and order references. Payment-card details are collected and handled by Stripe, not archiPrompt.
• Optional marketplace interaction events only when you allow analytics through our privacy choices.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, prevent abuse, process purchases, provide authorized downloads, support buyers, review creator applications, operate an invite-only beta, deliver requested service messages, and maintain accurate marketplace records. With your separate optional consent, we may send product and beta updates, marketplace and guide news, or offers and discounts. We use a limited set of consented marketplace events to improve discovery. We do not use session replay, advertising pixels, email-open pixels, prompt contents, uploaded files, names, emails, or payment details for product analytics.

Service providers and processing locations

Supabase supports accounts and marketplace data, Stripe processes checkout, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the creator waitlist from abuse, and PostHog processes optional analytics when you consent. Resend delivers application and authentication email and reports delivery, bounce, complaint, and suppression events. Some providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may apply.

Email and communication choices

Account security, purchase and access, critical purchased-package corrections, material policy changes, and an accepted beta's defined access sequence are service messages. They remain active where needed to provide the account or service and do not contain promotional copy.

Product and beta updates, marketplace and guide news, and offers and discounts are separate optional topics and are off unless you expressly choose them. Every optional message provides a signed, no-login unsubscribe link. You can also change each topic from Account communications. A withdrawal, hard bounce, or complaint stops affected queued optional messages.

Cookies and privacy choices

Necessary storage supports authentication, checkout, security, and your privacy choice. Optional PostHog analytics remain off unless you allow them. You can withdraw or restore optional analytics at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while it is needed for the purposes described here, to provide purchased access, resolve disputes, maintain security and audit records, or meet legal and financial obligations. Retention therefore varies by record type. Consent withdrawals and delivery suppressions may be retained so a request not to receive optional email continues to be honoured. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. You may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained where law, fraud prevention, an active purchase entitlement, or a permanent beta version grant requires it.

Safeguards and your choices

We limit public access to published marketplace records, use access controls for account and order data, keep service credentials server-side, and use short-lived authorized download links. Contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, make a deletion request, withdraw optional consent, or raise a concern.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the marketplace or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly before they take effect where required.
